Follow the steps below if you want to return a product

• Print out this return form and fill it out with the following information:

• Attach the completed return form on the package, so we can easier find your order.
• The item is accepted if it is returned in its original packaging and is undamaged.
• For hygiene reasons, baths can only be returned without having being used. It may of course have been inflated.
• All refunds are only done after an inspection in our warehouse.
• It is important the product does not have any signs of usage (stains, hairs etc.). Otherwise, we will not be able to do a refund.
• You will receive the entire purchase amount if the product passes the inspection process.
• Refunds will be made within 14 days on the previously used account number.
• The return costs will be added to your bank account
• Return shipments are the risk of the buyer. This entails that Airtub is not liable for return items getting damaged or lost.
